Broadcast Messages

Some broadcast messages needs some fixing imo.

1. 200m xp messages are currently not displayed, it would be awesome for the players who achieve it, it gets broadcasted to the whole server.
2. Olm is still not getting broadcasted when killed, would be nice to see this added.
3. Dragon Warhammer drop doesn't get broadcasted atm.
4. Primordial, Pegasian & eternal crystals don't get announced, aswell as the Smouldering stone.
5. Would be nice to see when a new player create his account ( works with IP, it wont announce alts )
6. A message more attractive to get player to get on forums should be created

dwh drop doesn't show up, and also stones from cerb drops don't get announced bro.
